School may be winding down, but summer reading is just starting to gear up! Summer reading for children is important, especially for kids who are struggling to keep up.  Kids who read during the summer are more prepared for the next school year,  and its proven to be even more effective when adults are actively engaged in the process.  Imagine Learning has a wonderful tip sheet on 10 ways to make summer reading more effective.
