Goodbye food pyramid, hello portion plate

I think its genius.  At last the USDA comes out with a food portion recommendation chart that is easy to understand and approachable.  The bottom line is clear (although nothing new) - that fruits and vegetables should make up half of our diet.  Read more from Choose My Plate.
